| All of our rentals include bed linens, kitchen and bath towels,
utensils, pots, pans, dishes,
coffee maker,
microwave,
cable or satellite TV,
BBQ grill, lawn chairs & table,
and the use of 14 ft aluminum row boat. The cottages have electric heat and air conditioning. |

| We do not provide motors for our boats but you can bring your own. We allow up to a 15 hp on our boats. We do have plenty of dock space available for those who bring there own boats. |

| Nightly reservations are taken if available. Winter season starts mid November through mid May, and then rentals are on a weekly and nightly basis. A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve each unit. Credit cards are accepted. No pets allowed. Children under 14 stay free with an adult. |
